Mini Hose Clamp
TIGHTCO Mini Hose Clamp are general purpose clamps used for sealing and fastening hoses, where low clamping range is required. In this design the normal force is more uniformly distributed through out the entire circumference of the band which enhances & secures the hose life. Unlike terraced band, TIGHTCO clamps have the punched hard band and the threads of the worm screw are directly getting engaged in the slot of the band which strengthens Clamp. TIGHTCO clamps withstands much higher torque values than those specified by International standards like BS:5315 / DIN:3017/ IS:4762.
TIGHTCO clamps are widely used in various sectors viz. Automotive, Diesel Engines, Filtration, Irrigation, Tractors, Electrical, Chemical plants, Telecommunication, Construction & such many other applications. In view of longer life and reliability we use Stainless Steel material of different grades viz. AISI 304. Other grades can be offered on specific inquiries. As there is no need of any surface treatment, TIGHTCO Clamps are preferred as Eco-friendly products.
